With hesitation, I made the switch… from 2.6 to 2.7—unlike previous updates, this one is dramatic. The UI is completely overhauled… and clean. And complicated.
While I appreciate usability, the drastic switch means… I can’t instinctively navigate from Dashboard to edits. I appreciate usability, but this has been system shock.
I’m having a lot of fun testing Squarespace and TypePad… both have their advantages. My decision will ultimately be based on what fits the best. I’m thinking about keeping this just the way it is… I like WordPress and I like K2.
